Today, two EDGX Sterna computers are heading to orbit on SpaceX Transporter-16, and I can finally share their mission patches. If you're not from the space world: every mission gets an embroidered patch. The tradition goes back to NASA's Gemini program, and it stuck. Teams design patches that tell the story of what they're flying and why. For a small company putting hardware in orbit for the first time, getting to design your own felt like a proper industry rite of passage.
