What you'll be doing


Sales & Business Development (70%)

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Manage inbound inquiries with tailored proposals. Build a healthy pipeline through structured outreach and support ongoing projects.
  • Market Research & Database Management: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities. Maintain and update the client and lead database, ensuring accurate and current records.
  • Proposal & Bid Management: Lead the preparation and coordination of tailored proposals and competitive offers for new business opportunities, ensuring clear, compelling presentations for potential clients.
  • Pre-sales Support: Deliver technical-commercial presentations, live demos, and collaborate with engineering to ensure product fit with customer needs. Act as a trusted point of contact throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and actively enhance the company’s visibility in the European and international space market.


Marketing (30%)

  • Social media management: Plan, create, and schedule content for EDGX's social channels. You’ll help brainstorm new ideas, formats, and campaigns to keep our audience engaged.
  • Copywriting and blog creation: Write clear, engaging copy for social media, emails, and blogs. You’ll transform existing content, interviews, and insights into compelling stories for our audience. While maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
  • Video content creation: Design visuals and produce short videos or reels using tools like Canva. Think behind-the-scenes clips, project highlights, and quick team interviews to bring our brand to life.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the technical team to create polished presentations and marketing assets for internal and external use.


Last but not least, there’s plenty of room to pitch your own ideas and take initiative. Whether it’s a new content format, creative campaign, or unique collaboration, we’re always open to fresh input.

What you’ll be bringing

  • You have a background in sales, marketing, business development or a related field.
  • It's a plus if you’ve previously worked or interned in the space industry, or have a genuine interest in the sector.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset. You’re eager to learn, take initiative, and get involved.
  • Creativity and an eye for detail when it comes to content creation and social media.
  • The ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and switch easily between different projects in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. Dutch skills are a plus.
