What you'll be doing

Executing the Marketing Roadmap

Our marketing roadmap is structured around different target groups (constellations, institutions, startups, software testers) and channels (website, social media, PR, events, newsletters). As an intern or student, you will support the execution of this roadmap step by step.

  • Social Media & Content: You’ll bring our brand to life by scheduling and publishing LinkedIn updates, news posts, and blogs, keeping our look consistent across all channels, and sharing behind-the-scenes moments and project updates that spark real engagement.
  • Website & SEO: You’ll boost our online visibility by monitoring keywords, backlinks, and domain authority, keeping landing pages, blogs, and product pages optimized with SEO best practices, and tracking performance in Google Analytics to spot growth opportunities.
  • Lead Generation & Funnels: You’ll keep our growth engine running by following up on inbound leads, newsletter sign-ups, and downloads, tracking prospects through every funnel stage, and powering retargeting campaigns with fresh, updated lists.
  • Client Database: You’ll build and maintain a structured database of potential customers, segment prospects into our four roadmap target groups, and keep everything organized and up to date in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Events & PR: You’ll keep our presence strong by managing an up-to-date event calendar, supporting registrations, logistics, and follow-up, and keeping PR contact lists fresh while tracking press mentions to maximize visibility.
  • Reporting & KPIs: You’ll track and report weekly on website traffic, SEO rankings, social media engagement, and leads, monitor event KPIs, and provide clear progress updates to the marketing professional.

What you're bringing

  • Student in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and task-driven.
  • Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools (LinkedIn, GA, Semrush).
  • Able to work independently with clear instructions.
  • Interest in technology or space is a plus.
